OPPORTUNITY: Creation of a modern, yet warm and inviting real estate brand identity to distinguish an up-and-coming broker in a traditional market.

SOLUTION: R Digital created the Brand Identity and all associated digital and non-digital marketing collateral for Lindsay Polin Real Estate. Brand positioning needed to balance a modern & progressive outlook with a welcoming, personal demeanor often lost in the competitive real estate industry. OPPORTUNITY: AJC was struggling to breakthrough in a crowded industry. They needed a solution to make help distinguish their service offering and make Commercial Build planning & construction more approachable for customers including commercial real estate brokers and small business owners.

SOLUTION: R Digital created a Brand Identity, and new website & mobile experience to help tell the story of Andrew Jacobs Construction. The brand came to life using bold, relatable copy, displaying a clear service model structure, and a content-rich projects section to showcase their results and positive client experiences. OPPORTUNITY: A Pediatric Nurse needed help bringing a business concept to life. The model focused on assisting new or expecting urban parents in preparing for the birth and homecoming of their child using a combination of clinically-based strategies, product research and personalized care. The service model was both virtual and in-person and was customizable based on individual family needs.

SOLUTION: We created a brand identity including logo, color palette and style guide. We applied the brand identity to a new mobile-friendly website (design, copy writing & development) that also functioned for appointment setting & client communication, as well as design & development of social content and profile assets.

Fresh Picks Delivery Service

OPPORTUNITY: Chicago-based Irv & Shelly’s Fresh Picks were looking to create a brand strategy, and subsequent content marketing and execution plan to better captivate their current target audience, while extending their value, reach & service offerings to the growing market of Millenials in Chicagoland.

SOLUTION: Through comprehensive research, we codified the need-states and associated values that act as decision-making triggers for how Millennials source, purchase, and consume fresh foods. We identified the types of content most likely to initiate trials for produce & meal delivery services. A Content Strategy was designed to build credibility for Irv & Shelly’s Fresh Pick’s amongst a large, urban consumer base, complete with a segmented content plan aligned with audience behaviors, and platform best practices.

RESULT: Fresh Picks saw a 140% increase in new customer registration and an 85% increase in sales after implementing the Content Strategy & Activation Plan from 2019 to 2020.

OPPORTUNITY: A Chicago-based non-profit benefitting NICU babies and their families was in need of a marketing evolution. The ask was to both modernize the brand, and clarify the Jackson Chance Foundation’s mission in a channel-specific strategy designed to maximize awareness and increase donations to this very important charity.

SOLUTION: The exercise began with an evolved look & feel, exploring new logo variations, key messages, and a brand manifesto. These assets were then applied across all marketing collateral. OPPORTUNITY: A CPG start-up by way of Chicago & Austin wanted to crystalize their brand positioning and optimize marketing efforts in digital by publishing a set of highly relevant, malleable content each month designed to service multiple platforms.

SOLUTION: We began with a Brand Identity & Content Strategy exercise, exploring the brand voice, look & feel mission statement, and audience demographics.
